Our Mission: Local raw milk, eggs, and sourdough directly to your door.
Before Delivery
We bake bread once a week. The first day, we feed our organic sourdough starter. The next day, we mix the dough and allow it to ferment and rise. The third day, we bake. After the bread cools down, we package it and load it up in the car for our delivery route.
Delivery Day
We put our delivery route together in a way that is most time efficient. This means your bread may arrive at a different time of day each time you order. Due to the Florida weather, we will set it in the best shaded option at the address you provided, and send a photo of where we set your bread down. You'll receive the photo directly after delivery is complete. In the next month, we plan to add a simple software that will contact you with our estimated time of arrival, 48 hours before your delivery day when the order window is closed.
